Breakfast backs local enterprise

There’s something pretty special about a room full of local business people before the sun’s properly up… ideas flying, connections forming and that quiet confidence that Kyabram is full of doers.

In February around 70 locals came together at the Kyabram Club for another fantastic Kyabram Business Breakfast, hosted by the Kyabram Development Committee. We were proud to support the morning as another way we can stand behind a different part of our community, our business industry.

The highlight was certainly hearing Rohan and Susie Bennett from Intersports Bennetts share their 30 years of experience running a business here in Kyabram. It was real, practical and full of the kind of local insight you only get from people who’ve weathered all sorts of business seasons… all while staying apart of our community.

Event organiser Laura Brady said "We were absolutely thrilled to collaborate with Community Bank Kyabram and bring the Kyabram Business Breakfast to our town for its third event. It’s a fantastic opportunity for like-minded people to come together, share their stories and connect with each other".

"It’s also wonderful to attract local supporters like Community Bank Kyabram, who see the vision and value in what we’re doing", she said.

Our Branch Manager Mel attended with members of our team, alongside volunteer Director Alicia Cunningham who enjoying the chance to listen, learn and meet local operators who keep our town moving.
